The international architectural competition is an important milestone of the “Kunstmuseum Bern of the future” renovation project.
Request for proposal
An expert jury will select the winning project during a two-stage procedure with a prequalification round. The prequalification round began on 11 July 2022 and the deadline for submissions was 30 September 2022. 148 teams of architects submitted their applications for the prequalification round. From all submissions, the competition jury selected 39 offices for the first stage of the architecture competition.
